These terms cover your use of our website and our sessions. By booking or using our services you agree to them. Who can book
You must be 18 or over. Before your first session you will complete our Client Authority & Liability Waiver and a short health check.
Bookings, prices and payment
- Bookings are made through Vagaro, by phone or at the studio. Our current prices are on our Prices page.
- The first oxygen session price and the Reset are for new clients only, once per person.
- Courses must be used within the period stated when you buy them.
- Memberships roll monthly and need one month’s notice to cancel. Unused sessions carry over for one month.
Cancelling or moving a session
- 24 hours’ notice or more: move or cancel free of charge, by phone, WhatsApp or through Vagaro. We’ll rebook you or refund you in full.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice, or not turning up: the session is charged in full, or taken from your course or membership.
- Feeling unwell on the day? A cold or blocked ears means the oxygen chamber isn’t right for you. Tell us before your session and we’ll move it free of charge. If same-day illness cancellations become regular, we may treat them as late cancellations.
- Running late? Your session may have to finish at its booked time so the next person isn’t kept waiting. If you’re 15 minutes late or more, we may not be able to start it, and it will be charged.
- If we have to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
Refunds on packages, memberships and gift cards
- 14-day cooling-off: if you buy a package, membership or gift card online, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund, as long as none of it has been used. If you’ve used sessions, we deduct them at the full single-session price and refund the rest.
- Memberships then roll monthly with one month’s notice.
- Gift cards are valid for six months from purchase and can be used for any session or package. Any bonus credit added by us has no cash value.
Your health
Our sessions support relaxation, recovery and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery, check with your doctor before booking. We may ask you to wait, or to bring your doctor’s agreement, before a session. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Liability
We take care to run safe sessions and keep our equipment well maintained. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
