Who will you meet?
Rizwana has been a psychotherapist for twenty years, and has made looking after her own wellbeing a daily practice. Her work taught her that mind and body aren’t separate: when one is worn out, the other follows.
Angelo spent twenty years in landscaping, then changed direction to do something that helps people every day. He’s who you’ll meet at the top of the stairs. He explains everything, looks after you while you’re here, and answers the phone himself.
What are we here to do?
To make looking after yourself simple, affordable and part of normal life, not a treat you get round to once a year.
How we do it
- Oxygen at the centre. An oxygen session is an hour lying back in a hyperbaric chamber, breathing oxygen-rich air through a soft mask.
- Recovery around it. A recovery session is thirty minutes on one of five therapies: infrared sauna, red light, PEMF mat, compression boots or 7D massage chair.
- A person, not a process. Angelo plans it with you, tells you straight whether it’s for you, and never gives you a hard sell.
“Hyperbaric” just means “higher pressure”. Inside the chamber, the air pressure is gently raised to 1.4–1.5 times normal, about what you’d feel four to five metres under water. At that pressure your body takes in more oxygen with every breath than it can at street level. Our two chambers run at 1.4 and 1.5 ATA, with windows all round and room to sit up.
What people come for
Most of our clients come for one of four things: better sleep, feeling calmer, recovering after training or a hard week, and more energy. Everyone is different and we won’t promise you results. That’s why your first session is £45: try it, then decide.
How much? From £25.

Why “Transcend”?
It means to go beyond. For us, that’s going beyond the idea that feeling tired and stretched is just how life is.
