The HaloSauna™, also known as the HaloIR, is the first and only one specifically designed to offer a synergistic combination of Infrared Saunas and professional-grade Dry Salt Therapy, a.k.a. Halotherapy.
It was created to engage all five senses for a truly transformative experience in an all-in-one solution that has never been seen before.
The microscopic salt particles are believed to penetrate deep into the lungs, reducing inflammation and helping to clear mucus and allergens.
Salt particles can have anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects, promoting healthier skin and soothing irritation – beneficial for various ailments, including eczema, psoriasis, and acne.
Breathing in salty air in a tranquil environment can have a calming effect on the mind, making halotherapy a popular choice for stress relief and relaxation.
Many individuals report better sleep quality after sessions of halotherapy, possibly due to reduced stress and clearer airways.
Salt is known for its natural detoxifying properties, and halotherapy sessions may aid in eliminating toxins from the body.
The HaloSauna™ offers the lowest and safest EMF and ELF levels of any infrared sauna on the market, bar-none.
The EMF levels in your salt sauna, will be mostly below 1mg when tested directly on the heater itself.
Where you sit in the HALO-IR, the EMF levels are virtually 0mg. The ELF levels are 3 – 5 times below the threshold of concern. All of the competitors in the sauna industry, are over 20 times above the threshold of concern.
Yes, when the air is dry and warm, it will allow for deeper penetration and better absorbency of the salt particles in the bronchi. Halotherapy at low levels of heat enhances the experience and efficacy of Halotherapy.
Unique usage protocols have been tested and developed to provide the most effective salt therapy. Both the sauna and the halogenerator have been custom designed and engineered for the synergistic effect of both.
The idea behind infrared therapy is to heat your body directly with infrared heat. In a traditional sauna you are just sitting in a hot room, 180-220 degrees. In an infrared sauna, the heat is heating your body directly and 20% of the heat is heating the air. You want to heat your body core, meaning your front core and your back core. Your body absorbs the infrared heat and reacts to it.
The infrared heat raises your core body temperature and stimulates your lymphatic system, immune system and your cardiovascular system. Your bodies response to that is to sweat profusely. In addition to the infrared heat triggering a profuse sweat, the water in our body also resonate with far infrared heat and this also helps with the detoxification process.
With this in mind, you now understand why the importance of both front and back wall heaters in our HaloSauna™ is so important. If you do not have front heaters in your sauna, you will not raise your core body temperature as well and you will not receive as much of the desired effect. Our salt saunas have heaters all around you… on your front, back, sides, legs and feet.
Infrared heat is completely safe and all objects give off and receive infrared heat. In fact, it is so safe, hospitals use similar heaters to warm newborns. Infrared is a part of nature and essential for life.
Yes. Halotherapy is a completely drug-free treatment, safe for all ages. Depending on the age and treatment goals, session times and concentration levels may be adjusted. Please consult your physician with any concerns.
Yes, Infrared saunas are safe for children, assuming they have no major health conditions or concerns.
With Infrared saunas, it is often better to wait until they are at least able to communicate with you and be able to say if they are too hot or feeling uncomfortable.
Because infrared saunas have a low temperature, children are expected to feel more comfortable than traditional saunas.
However, keep in mind that in infrared saunas, their internal temperature will still rise, so you will need to make sure to supervise your child in the sauna. It is also important to keep them well hydrated and ensure they drink water after a session
As a premier wellness company, your health and safety are our number one focus. True Wave™ far infrared and full spectrum infrared heaters are the most effective and safest infrared heaters available.
Our saunas cancel out both EMF and ELF. Electromagnetic Fields (EMF) are energy waves with frequencies below 300 hertz or cycles per second. Extremely low frequency (ELF) are the electric fields with frequencies from 3 to 30 hertz.
The HALO-IR, offered in partnership with one the world’s most respected sauna manufacturer, offer the lowest and safest EMF and ELF levels of any infrared sauna on the market, bar-none. The EMF levels in your HaloSauna™, will be mostly below 1mg when tested directly on the heater itself. Where you sit in the HaloSauna™, the EMF levels are virtually 0mg. The ELF levels are 3 – 5 times below the threshold of concern.
“I have used infrared saunas with my children since they were about 3-4 years old. I just didn’t turn it up too hot and started with shorter cooler sessions to get them used to it. It is a wonderful way for children to relax but also warm up in the winter”
“I’ve struggled with chronic muscle pain for years, and the HaloSauna™ at Transcend Wellness London has been a game-changer. The combination of Infrared and salt therapy provides incredible pain relief and speeds up my recovery. The tailored sessions and professional environment make all the difference!”
