I attended Transend Wellness, Kingston yesterday. Angelo kindly showed me around and explained the benefits of each piece of equipment. I used the Hyperbaric oxygen chamber which puts more oxygen into the body as I felt i needed it.  I think the more i use it the more i'll benefit. We were warmly welcomed by Angelo and had a wonderful experience with both the massage chairs and red light therapy. The whole session was incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful throughout. It's a lovely wellness space right in the heart of Kingston. Had an amazing experience here. Had the red light therapy and then hopped in the massage lounger and to be honest, I didnt want to leave.
